20th Annual Marble City "Fireworks & Freedom" event set for June 29

Monday, June 24, 2024 - Marble City’s 20th annual “Fireworks & Freedom” event is set to take place on June 29 in downtown Marble City.

This year’s family-oriented event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. and features a variety of fun activities for the kids, food vendors, and entertainment.

Water inflatables, carnival-style games, and face painting will keep the little ones entertained while parents browse through an evening-style farmers market.

Several food vendors will be on-site starting at 6:30 p.m., offering slushies, fried pies, tamales, street corn, and more.

At 7 p.m., a recognition ceremony for veterans and military personnel will be held. The ceremony is scheduled to honor and recognize the contributions and sacrifices of our veterans.

In addition, those who attend can enjoy live musical performances that will set the stage for an evening of entertainment. You’ll want to stick around until dark because the event will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display, showcasing one of the best fireworks shows in Eastern Oklahoma.

Bring your lawn chair and enjoy an evening filled with family fun and community spirit! For more details or to inquire about food vendor booth availability, text (918) 230-0605.
